We're seeking a highly motivated, autonomous, and resourceful Sales Representative to drive new business development. If you're a natural relationship-builder, a strategic thinker, and passionate about cybersecurity, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate and qualify new leads via networking, email campaigns, social media, and outbound outreach.
- Conduct consultative discovery calls to identify client pain points and align solutions.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline and CRM database.
- Craft tailored proposals and presentations using the StoryBrand methodology.
- Collaborate with internal cybersecurity experts to deliver customized solutions.
- Own the full sales cycle from initial conversation through closed deal.
Who You Are:
- 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience (cybersecurity/GRC sales a plus).
- Proven hunter mentality with strong client relationship skills.
- Skilled in critical thinking, active listening, and consultative selling.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Experience leveraging CRMs and sales enablement platforms.
- Familiarity with StoryBrand principles (or willingness to learn).
- A strong communicator who thrives in a non-corporate, agile environment.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission.
- Target OTE (On Target Earnings) for top performers: $200,000+.
